Your role in our mission

Review Medicaid Third Party Liability cases that are assigned daily
Access multiple systems and create a paper and electronic file for cases
Review and analyze claim histories, computer files, and other records to determine claim amount
Prepare correspondence regarding findings to notify involved parties
Document all correspondence with attorneys, insurance companies, clients, and etc.

What we're looking for

Ability to be careful and thorough about detail
Ability to work proficiently with Microsoft Office
Experience in the medical or insurance field preferred
Experience with analysis and case management of medical/legal cases preferred

What you should expect in this role

This position requires working in the DHS in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas (700 Main Street, Little Rock, AR 72201)
Work schedule is Monday through Friday 8am - 4:30pm CST
We provide all needed equipment and systems training.
Most benefits start on the first day of employment.
Must be able to start within 2 weeks of receiving an offer of employment.

The pay range for this position is $32,700.00 - $46,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
