Summary
This position supports the WI Medicaid Mailroom Team by performing a variety of tasks onsite in the Madison, WI location. The tasks which include but not limited to prepping paper documents for scanning, scanning document, working with other teams with onsite needs, covering Account Courier, etc.
Your role in our mission
- Ability to follow written policies, procedures, guidelines, and give feedback to leadership
- Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks as assigned
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. higher than shoulder weight and ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
What we're looking for
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Office administrative experience and skills.
- Clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret basic to moderately complex documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and government/healthcare guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of the Claims/Mailroom Team and the associated functions
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Working knowledge of the Department software

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
