Summary

 

Responsible for timely and accurate processing of Medicaid Drug Rebate payments.    Oversee a team who is responsible for handling Medicaid Drug Rebate payments, disputes, inquiries, and quarterly invoicing.

 

Your role in our mission

 

  • Accurately post and reconcile all drug rebate payments within the expected time frame requirements of the contract and as instructed
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements established within the contract
  • Performance management
  • Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly requirements are met and reporting is maintained
  • Meets and retains all quality and production standards set by management
  • Interacts with customers both internal and external on a professional level to accomplish overall team and departmental goals
  • Support departmental initiatives in improving overall efficiency
  • Assists with special projects
  • Partner with internal teams on program management
  • Partner with the client and maintain relationship.

 

What we're looking for

 

  • Demonstrated people management capability, including complex administrative tasks such as: in-depth knowledge of the overall business, technical and functional area, and demonstrated ability to pursue business opportunities with a strong ability to resolve complex business issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of full corporate organizational structure, offerings, and policies for their business organization.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills with the ability to remain agile in a constantly changing environment while juggling multiple deliverables
  • Ability to mentor and support direct staff members while also providing constant feedback on performance
  • Background in Medicaid Pharmacy/Drug Rebate Preferred
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and collaborative work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 or more years of operations management
  • Must be willing to report onsite to the Madison, WI office daily
