Your role in our mission

  • Audit, analyze, and process disputes and manufacture invoices
  • Review drug claims for potential errors negatively impacting invoice payment
  • Identify and resolve billing issues as they arise
  • Maintain or update all existing expenditure and deposit reconciliation for fiscal monitoring purposes
  • Assist in preparation of the weekly bank deposit and reconcile reports

What we're looking for

  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public, co-workers, and other professionals
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments
  • Ability to work independently, under general supervision and to exercise good judgment.
  • Knowledge of the regulations governing the release of medical and government file information, including PII & HIPPA 
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial rules and procedures and apply them when processing invoices

The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
