Summary
As a Finance Manager at Gainwell, you will be part of an innovative product company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will oversee and guide your team to deliver superior service and achieve account goals and outcomes. Your responsibilities include managing the performance and engagement of your staff and vendor resources, optimizing processes, and maintaining the highest quality standards. This position requires onsite work 5 days per week at our office located at 313 Blettner Blvd, Madison, WI 53784. Your work directly supports the Account Delivery Manager (ADM), Regional Leader, and internal business partners in meeting contractual obligations and exceeding company goals and objectives.

- Build, develop, and lead teams of leaders and individual contributors to support employees and execute day-to-day operations for an account.
- Lead the development of market, business opportunity, and product line analyses to support business strategy.
- Establish routines, utilize tools, and drive team performance through coaching and training on account-specific metrics.
- Oversee financial performance metrics and ensure alignment with organizational goals through regular variance analyses and reporting.
- Remove obstacles and champion change to enhance employee engagement and productivity, ensuring adherence to the approved budget.
- Work closely with employees, operational leaders, and business partners to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and optimize business outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- A minimum of seven years of experience in people management, finance, or accounting, with five years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience with accounting principles, financial analysis, and accounting software/databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact center/back-office management applications (Cxone, Verint, Avaya, etc.).
- Strong communication skills with excellent presentation abilities and the ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and clients.
- Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives, particularly in improving customer contact operations and financial outcomes.
What you should expect in this role
- Onsite position at 313 Blettner Blvd, Madison, WI, requiring a commitment of 5 days per week.
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes while working closely with senior management.
- Oversee financial performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering superior service.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution of financial strategies and operational excellence.
- Create an environment that promotes innovation, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
- Regularly report to leadership regarding team performance, operational metrics, and financial outcomes.

The pay range for this position is $86,700.00 - $123,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
