Summary

This position encompasses multiple roles within the Milwaukee Document Processing Unit that requires the ability to communicate effectively with leaders, peers, and the client.

Your role in our mission

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and research scanned and indexed documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with team members to investigate, locate, and retrieve physical and electronic documents for client cases.
  • Analyze and resolve issues or problems that may arise within assigned cases.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, collating, batching, postage metering, counting, date stamping, filing, and alphabetizing.
  • Utilize Kofax software to scan, index, and upload documents into electronic case files.
  • Interact with team members face-to-face to scan documents and answer questions about the scanning process.
  • Perform essential clerical tasks such as records maintenance, email communication, data compilation for reports, secure document purging, data verification, form completion, data entry, and operating various office equipment.

  • Tech-Savvy Team Player: Someone comfortable using computers, document scanning software (Kofax), and other office equipment to contribute to a collaborative work environment.

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
