Your role in our mission
- Review and identify document images within the Perceptive Content system.
- Accurately link documents and images to Medicaid cases using the Maestro system.
- Perform data entry and document indexing to support case processing and compliance requirements.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and assist with routine mailroom functions.
- Verify document accuracy and completeness while maintaining quality standards.
- Organize, track, and maintain electronic records and documentation.
- Meet established productivity and accuracy goals in a high-volume environment.
- Follow departmental procedures, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to support operational objectives.
- Perform other administrative and document processing duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to effectively navigate and work across multiple systems and applications simultaneously required
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance in a full-time onsite work environment required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy required
- Previous experience in mailroom operations, payment processing, document handling, or data entry preferred
- Knowledge of and experience working within HIPAA compliance guidelines preferred
What you should expect in this role
- Full-time onsite position in Montgomery, AL (301 Technacenter Dr. Montgomery, AL 36117).
- Monday through Friday schedule.
- 8-hour shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Harver Assessment Requirement: As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. This assessment helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
- Fast-paced production environment with document processing and mailroom responsibilities.
- Opportunity to develop operational, administrative, and healthcare support experience while contributing to critical Medicaid services.

The pay range for this position is $26,500.00 - $37,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
