Summary
As a CX Quality Assurance Associate, you will support our Provider Enrollment Quality team by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of provider application processes and communications. In this role, you’ll contribute to our mission of helping clients improve the health and well-being of the communities they serve—particularly the most vulnerable populations.
Your role in our mission
- Conduct quality reviews of provider enrollment applications to ensure compliance with federal and state policy guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound provider-related phone calls for quality and adherence to protocols.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollment applications, meeting all client-defined production and quality standards.
- Interpret and apply enrollment policy guidelines from federal and state regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and special projects within the quality assurance function.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training to support the QA program and ensure consistent application of standards across the team.
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Provider Enrollment and/or Credentialing is required.
- At least 1 year of experience performing quality assurance or quality analysis is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
What you should expect in this role
- This is an onsite position based in Montgomery, AL.
- Work schedule is Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Harver Assessment Requirement: As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment. This assessment helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $32,700.00 - $46,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
