Your role in our mission
This is an important position in Gainwell’s commitment to helping clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.
- Process provider enrollment applications, re-enrollment forms, and related correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify provider documentation and enrollment data to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain provider records through data entry, document management, and records retention activities.
- Prepare routine correspondence regarding provider enrollment, revalidation, and maintenance requests.
- Compile enrollment statistics and generated reports to support operational tracking and management decisions.
- Conduct provider outreach and handle inbound/outbound calls related to enrollment, revalidation, and provider maintenance activities.
- Research and resolve provider enrollment discrepancies by reviewing documentation and updating records as needed.
- Support administrative operations by performing general clerical duties and completing special projects as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of provider information while ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrollment activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments and providers to facilitate smooth enrollment and credentialing processes.
What we're looking for
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in any industry; call canter experience is a plus
- Knowledge of basic help desk software, computer software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills to bring inquiries to effective resolution
- Strong written and oral communication skills to respond to inquiries professionally
- Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the correct stakeholders to consult to resolve client inquiries
What you should expect in this role
- This position is based in an onsite office environment in Montgomery, Alabama.
- The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
- All interviews require Video during calls as well as the first two weeks of training.
- Assessment Requirement: Candidates will be required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process.

The pay range for this position is $27,200.00 - $38,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
