Your role in our mission

  • Supervises functional areas or department account leads on smaller sized or segments of larger accounts to ensure that business solution objectives are met.
  • Develop demand forecasts with account teams to assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
  • Works with functional areas or departments to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts. Identifies and oversees the resolution of account-specific service problems including prioritizing work requests.
  • Monitors and approves expenditures for accounts in line with the established policies and procedures. Oversees spending for adherence to budget, and recommends variances as needed.
  • Works closely with the management team, lines of service, and clients to help manage complex relationships between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing provider relations functions for a Medicaid Program, other government healthcare program, or healthcare-related organization
  • Experience or training in member eligibility management and significant experience in a call center operation are required
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience working with the technology industry.
  • Experience working with company products and operating systems.

The pay range for this position is $55,500.00 - $79,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
