Summary

The Financial Service Representative role provides support in delivering efficient, accurate, and high‑quality outsourced services within a defined industry and functional area. Working within established procedures and under moderate supervision, the individual is responsible for identifying issues, assessing contributing factors, and applying standard processes to make informed, effective decisions. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment in routine situations, and a commitment to maintaining quality and operational excellence.

Your role in our mission

  • Perform a variety of responsibilities within the Cash Operation team to support daily financial activities.
  • Verify daily fund inflows and outflows, ensuring accuracy in banking information and spreadsheet data.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers through telephone and email channels.
  • Post provider payments and maintain accurate, organized transaction records.
  • Process State directives and manage mail‑related preparation tasks with a high level of attention to detail.

What we're looking for

  • Have a minimum of two years of accounting or financial work experience.
  • Experience in the banking industry, specifically with balancing funds and cash transactions.
  • Proven accuracy in typing, mathematics, accounting tasks, and managing deposit information.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with working knowledge of InterChange and OnBase.

The pay range for this position is $47,000.00 - $67,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
