The qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting providers with the many different applications within the Provider Portal. 
Responsibilities include providing friendly telephone and general technical support to the provider community and assisting them with portal access, username/password resets, and maneuvering through the different applications (claims, referrals, prior authorizations, NB-1, etc.).

Responsibilities also include assisting the providers with submitting forms to the Sooner Care Internet helpdesk for portal access.

Your role in our mission

  • Performs standard, recurring processing and, quality tasks in support of outsourced services within a specific industry and functional area. Demonstrates knowledge and skill in assigned work processes.
  • Develops understanding of the client's business and applies knowledge to support efficient procedures and adherence to service level agreements. Contributes to problem identification and resolution.
  • Interprets, audits and, reconciles reports for accuracy or completeness. Prepares and maintains standard reports for management and clients.
  • Handles company confidential data according to policy and guidelines. Adheres to existing security policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Outstanding customer service with call center background a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple computer applications
  • Good internet service required for all positions 
  • Experience working in a providers office or with Soonercare
  • Bilingual a plus

What you should expect in this role

  • Hours are 8 am-5 am,  Monday through Friday.
  • Initial onsite training (4-6 weeks) and quarterly onsite meetings (1-2 days) will be held at our office, located in OKC, otherwise this will be a Hybrid work environment.
  • Competitive Salary will be based on experience and knowledge of Medicaid services.
  • Hybrid position.

The pay range for this position is $27,200.00 - $38,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
