Summary
ServiceNow developer will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient applications through scripting, workflow creation, and integrations while ensuring security and compliance.
Your role in our mission
- Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications
- Modifying existing applications and workflows to meet specific business requirements.
- Integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
- Creating and managing scripts to automate tasks and processes.
- Designing and implementing custom workflows to streamline business processes.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root causes.
- Providing technical support to users and administrators.
- Ensuring the stability and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and functionalities.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices. - Familiarity with ServiceNow's modules and applications (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).
- Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Collaborating with other developers and IT professionals.
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools.
- Deep understanding of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Configuration Items (CI).
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of ServiceNow design, development, implementation, and maintenance experience
- Demonstrated expertise in SNOW modules like ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, GRC, SecOps etc.
- Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
- Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems

- This is a full-time onsite role in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma: 4345 N Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105
- May require on-call, shift, weekend, and evening work
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $54,500.00 - $77,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
