Your role in our mission

Work directly onsite with our customer, providing hands-on technical expertise, platform development, and mentorship for their internal development team. This individual will play a dual role delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions while guiding and upskilling customer developers through best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.

 

Request Management: Create, update, route and resolve service requests & incidents in the ServiceNow ITSM platform.

 

System Support:

  • Provide support and ensure proper functioning of the ITSM ticketing system and other applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise applications and software systems
  • Provide support & analysis for application functionality and performance.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate teams, as necessary.

 

Software License Management: Track, allocate, and monitor software licenses to ensure compliance.

 

Mobile Device Account Management: Manage user accounts and configurations for mobile devices.

 

Access Management: Review system access requests and determine requirements, ensuring proper instructions are communicated to the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team for account creation, updates, or removal.

 

Other Duties: Perform additional support tasks as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting in JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer.
  • Proven experience implementing or enhancing core modules (ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD preferred).
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, APIs, and integration methods (REST/SOAP).
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes, especially Incident, Request, and Access Management
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting enterprise applications and software systems
  • Familiarity with software license management practices and tools
  • Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Intune, AirWatch)
  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes and tools

Preferred skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow administration or configuration
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and user provisioning workflows
  • Understanding of compliance standards related to software licensing (e.g., SAM, ISO/IEC 19770)
  • Exposure to enterprise application performance monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices
  • Experience working in IT support or help desk environments
  • Certifications such as ITIL FoundationServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or CompTIA Security+
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery, DevOps pipelines, and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a full-time onsite role based in Oklahoma City, OK.
  • The position is expected to be onsite for at least one year, or until the manager determines readiness for a hybrid schedule in alignment with OHCA’s in-office requirements.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews.

The pay range for this position is $51,900.00 - $74,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
