Your role in our mission

  • Review, analyze, and process estate recovery and trust recovery cases in accordance with program guidelines
  • Examine legal, financial, and case documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Maintain detailed case records and update systems using Excel and internal case management tools
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and SLA performance metrics
  • Support investigative, collections, or recovery activities related to assigned cases
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely case progression
  • Obtain and maintain Notary certification (company-paid), if not already certified


What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of at least one of the following areas:Medicaid, Legal documents, Real estate or title documents, Collections, Investigations
  • Ability to consistently perform in a metrics-driven, SLA-based environment
  • Active Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain certification immediately upon hire (paid by the company)

 

What you should expect in this role

  • Onsite position based in Phoenix, AZ
  • Firm schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a 1-hour lunch (contractual requirement)
  • After approximately 3 months of onsite training, performance will be reviewed
  • Once fully competent, eligibility for a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite / 3 days remote), with occasional additional onsite days based on business needs
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
