We are looking for a talented Senior Program Manager who will be responsible for supporting and managing the client relationship.  Additional responsibilities include, oversight and management of various projects, analysis of data, building reports and creating/reviewing client deliverables. 

Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

  • Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Works with client(s) to design the project approach and develop implementation plans
  • Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects
  • Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals
  • Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s)
  • Develops documents with appropriate standards to meet client requirements and needs.
  • Ensures communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives. 
  • Monitors program status and identifies risks. Documents program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks and successes to maintain program course
  • Maintains grade and quality of program deliverables within defined and agreed upon program requirements.
  • Identifies and resolves matters of significance impacting the productivity of assigned programs globally.

What we're looking for

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Medicare/Medicaid experience 
  • 5+ years of Medical Audit experience
  • 5+ years of Claims/Hospital experience
  • Candidates MUST live within AZ state limits
  • Prior Nursing experience a plus

Work Environment

  • Candidates MUST live within driving distance to Phoenix, AZ
  • Travel may be required up 10%

The pay range for this position is $82,700.00 - $105,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
