Your role in our mission
- Performs complex financial analyses including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, financial modeling; and journal entry support in order to meet business needs.
- Collects and analyzes financial information; interprets and summarizes forecast information to ensure client and business needs are met.
- Provides revenue and expense projections, and ensures the capture of all billable revenue.
- Develops financial controls, procedures, and forecasting techniques to evaluate project status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
- Assists in developing and implementing process or procedural changes, including training documentation and presentation to other organizations. Collaborates with other departments and the client in special projects as required.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field preferred
- Nine or more years of finance or accounting experience
- Experience working with accounting principles and accounting software and databases
- Experience working with financial analysis

The pay range for this position is [[salaryMin]] - [[salaryMid]] per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
