Your role in our mission
Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important key areas.
- Produce and mail initial and replacement plastic Benefit Identification Cards to enrolled Medi-Cal members
- Complete assignments and work products on schedule with quality results.
- Log, report and securely destroy undeliverable cards
- Handle confidential data according to policy and guidelines
- Perform normal equipment maintenance functions on all machines, and initiate fixes where appropriate
- Perform daily quality inspections and monitor production to ensure accuracy and compliance with job specifications
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Ability to work in a secure high-volume production environment.
- Experience using automated inserting equipment, PC experience (Outlook, Word, Excel) are strongly desired.
- Some card production experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to operate Entrust MX6100 card production machines. Including loading materials, downloading program files, adjusting machine and ensuring proper operation.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of team.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine problems and adjust as needed to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

- Hours: 5:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Physical Demands
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Standing/walking required for majority of shift
The pay range for this position is $32,600.00 - $46,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
