Summary
We are seeking a Claims and Mailroom Support Associate to join our Reno, NV team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you’ll support multiple functions within the Claims Team, including mail and claims processing, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in both independent and team settings and who values flexibility in their workday.
Your role in our mission

Process incoming and outgoing mail accurately and on schedule.

Work directly with couriers, visitors, and internal partners to ensure smooth operations.

Operate mailroom and office equipment such as slicers, postage machines, copiers, and scanners.

Handle and safeguard confidential information following company and compliance guidelines.

Complete claims processing, research, and resolution tasks as assigned.

Serve as a backup for team members and provide support across multiple functions.
What we're looking for

Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word) and comfort with technology.

Ability to analyze information, think strategically, and problem-solve effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.

Experience with claims processing, healthcare, health insurance, or Medicaid preferred.

Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
What you should expect in this role

Hybrid work arrangement (office location: 9850 Double R Blvd, Suite 102, Reno, NV 89521).

Combination of on-site and remote work to support daily team needs.

Monday through Friday schedule, 8 hours per day with full-time benefits.

Flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM depending on workload.

A fast-paced environment requiring accountability, accuracy, and adaptability.

Reliable high-speed home internet with minimum 24 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload (higher speeds recommended).
The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
