Summary
Onsite office position includes supporting functional areas for the Nevada Medicaid account, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. This role supports onsite job functions as well as functional areas within the
Nevada Medicaid account. Supports and guides day-to-day onsite functions, ensuring efficiency and driving client satisfaction.
Your role in our mission
- Overseeing the daily operations of the office, including managing supplies to be ordered, shipped or being received, creating and tracking tickets related to provider requests, business specific responsibilities (licensure, certificate of insurance, etc.), and answering and directing calls.
- Ensuring a clean and organized workplace.
- Assisting with planning and coordination for onsite meetings and events, and providing support to leaders and on-site staff.
- Greeting visitors and managing visitor security and escorts within the office, and coordinating with external vendors, clients and property management.
- Handling and processing of sensitive and confidential documents in compliance with established polies and procedures.
What we're looking for
- Strong organizational skills to balance work and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products, use of laptops, multiple monitors, and general office equipment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with internal and external people of all levels.
- Two or more years of administrative services experience.
- Ability and discernment to make decisions and proactively solve challenges and to work independently with minimal supervision.
What you should expect in this role
- Manage the on-site daily office operations
- Provide coordination and support for onsite meetings
- Be involved in essential tasks that support the onboarding of new employees to the account
- Manage and coordinate supply ordering and delivery, including special orders for onsite project meetings and kick offs.
- To be the initial point of contact for onsite visitors, onsite meeting attendees, and facility vendors accessing the office space as needed.
The pay range for this position is $43,800.00 - $62,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
