Summary
Your role in our mission
- Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery objectives are met.
- Collaborate with account teams to forecast demand and support resource planning.
- Partner with operational teams to plan projects and workload requirements.
- Monitor account budgets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Drive service improvements to enhance client satisfaction and delivery outcomes.
- Support implementation of new services, solutions, and business initiatives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced team members.
What we're looking for

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Nine (9) or more years of support services, project management, program management, account management, or related experience.
- Experience within the technology industry preferred.
- Experience supporting technology products, services, or operating environments preferred.

What you should expect in this role

The pay range for this position is $86,300.00 - $123,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
