Your role in our mission

- Analyzes reporting needs, develops automated reporting solutions using tools such as Power Query, and supports BAU (business‑as‑usual) reporting on predictable weekly and monthly schedules.
- Contributes to automation and process‑improvement projects, helping streamline data workflows and operational efficiency.
- Working closely with the claims operations team, mailroom, and other internal groups, developing subject‑matter expertise in business systems, process documentation, data interpretation, staffing analysis, and performance metrics.
- Utilize your strong analytical skills, and the ability to understand and validate data, with a commitment to becoming a trusted SME for operational reporting that improves how the business functions.

Produce operational reports on a regular cadence, highlighting key surface‑level insights for the client.

Provide reporting across operational areas to support visibility, decision‑making, and performance tracking.

Develop and automate reports using the preferred toolset to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Build business acumen to identify opportunities for operational improvement and enhanced reporting value.

Collaborate and coordinate with operational leaders to ensure reporting accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
What we're looking for
- Three or more years of anayltics experience translating technical goals and requirements into actionable solutions for business stakeholders or clients.
- Strong understanding of basic programming concepts, including configuration, development workflows, and automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and analytical functions).

Hands‑on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and report generation, with strong capability in structuring data, building logical workflows, and executing multi‑step analysis sequences
- Ability to structure data, think through logic, and design scalable reporting processes.
- Experience in Power BI and/or Tableau for creating dashboards, data visualizations, and interactive reports would be nice to have

What you should expect in this role
- Candidate must live within commuting distance (1 hr driving) to our Roseville, CA office for this hybrid position
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $59,500.00 - $75,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
