Your role in our mission

•    Supervise claims processing in compliance with contractual requirements, regulations, and agency policies and procedures.

•    Supervise claims processing staff and implement plans to achieve goals, establish priorities and set completion dates. Assist in measurement systems of performance indicators and work with the team to set goals.

•    Conduct claims processing team meetings, identify and coordinate training needs, administer performance evaluations for all supervised staff, monitor team operational performance, and initiate corrective actions when required.

•    Facilitate continuing improvement of business processes in claims processing.

•    Other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

•    Must have three (3) years of experience in a claim processing setting.

•    Must have government healthcare or private sector healthcare payer experience in the processing of Medicaid claims.

•    Proven leadership ability with two (2) years of experience in leading people required.

•    Strong communication skills for interacting with personnel and strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet corporate, client, contractual, and SLA deadlines.

•    Must be a resident of the state of California.
