Your role in our mission

•    Responsible for all incoming and outgoing diagnostic casts.
•    Reviews orthodontic dental casts and prepare for scanning.
•    Quality check scanned casts.
•    Data enter information related to diagnostic casts.
•    Prepare diagnostic casts for storage and disposal.
•    Complete tasks, assignments, and defined processes independently.
•    Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules and related industry and legal regulations.
•    Manage and track dental models.
•    Reviews orthodontic dental casts, increase the efficiency of professional review by performing administrative tasks required before routing the document for professional review.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate from an accredited dental assistant school, or two (2) years of prior experience working in a dental office as a paraprofessional (dental assistant, registered dental assistant, registered dental hygienist, etc.).
  • Two (2) years prior experience in a dental billing and claims processing environment preferred.
  •  Pass 10 key test by Key 5,000 kph with limited errors.
  • Good communication (oral and written) skills.

The pay range for this position is $37,500.00 - $53,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
