Summary

Facility Manager will understand facility contractual requirements, ensure requirements are met. Main point of contact for client for Facility activities, needs and requests.

Your role in our mission

Maintain office supply inventory. Order, receive, and distribute office supplies as necessary.
Order and install printer cartridges, maintain printer paper supply, perform minor printer maintenance.
Maintain conference room rooms ensuring they remain in working condition.
Manage vendor contracts including printer repair, conference room equipment, and breakroom and coffee supplies.
Maintain and manage Business Continuity Plan

What we're looking for

Document and send alerts as needed for facility related activities.
Liaise with employees, vendors, and Tech Team.
Responsible for the Facility Management Plan.

What you should expect in this role

Main contact with Gainwell Facilities for the following:
- Cleaning services
- Building maintenance
Main contact with Gainwell Security for the following:
- Building physical security
- Badging

The pay range for this position is $60,200.00 - $86,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
