Your role in our mission

  • Manages customer support staff, operations, and activities to optimize profitability and client satisfaction as well as meet corporate objectives and goals.
  • Oversees the customer support staff and customer support center operations to ensure exceptional customer service, alignment with business strategy and timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer expectations, needs and objectives.
  • Interacts regularly with the customer and resolves complex client problems and disputes in a professional manner.
  • Monitors and reports on KPIs and ensures that all contractual obligations and service level agreements are met with focus on continual improvement.
  • Works with clients and corporate leadership to ensure benefits realization and proactively promotes new solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Five or more years of customer/client service experience in customer-facing roles with three or more of those years of experience focused on managing teams.
  • Ability to strategically assess clients’ business, identify improvement opportunities and convey understanding to client.
  • Have experience in the healthcare industry in insurance, provider, IT, operations, or administration, with Medicaid and/or Medicare knowledge and experience strongly desired.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven leadership ability.

What you should expect in this role

  • Must be a resident of the state of California.
  • Hybrid work environment 1-2 days a week in the office as needed for face-to-face and client meetings with the remainder of time remote work. The office is located in the Roseville/Sacramento area






The pay range for this position is $75,700.00 - $108,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
