Summary

Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing of systems and equipment.

Your role in our mission

Provides technical support personnel to troubleshoot, fix and support Gainwell-supplied Project Site Facility (PSF) Equipment.
- Network connectivity (WiFi)
Replaces any all Gainwell-provided printers, Gainwell-provided computer systems, and Gainwell-provided networking equipment models at end of life/support with supported equipment.
Conference room setup. Conference room usage.

The pay range for this position is $35,700.00 - $51,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
