Your role in our mission
- Directs and assists publications and training team members in developing informative communications and training products that will be used internally, with the provider and member communities, and with the client.
- Oversees and collaborates with team and internal departments on the development of effective communication strategies that build provider, member, and client awareness and understanding and reports effectiveness to Sector/Account and corporate leadership.
- Oversees staff to ensure all content is publication-ready, aligns with business strategy, and meets customer expectations, needs, and objectives.
- Responds to internal, external, and client communications following approved processes and procedures.
- Monitors and reports on KPIs and ensures that all contractual obligations and service level agreements are met with focus on continual improvement.
What we're looking for
- Five (5) or more years of customer/client service experience with two (2) or more of those years of experience focused on managing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with proven experience developing targeted presentations and content designed to meet the needs of multiple levels of stakeholder/audience understanding.
- Have experience in the healthcare industry in insurance, provider, and operations, or administration, with Medicaid and/or Medicare knowledge and experience strongly desired.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet schedules, timelines, client deadlines, and delivery deadlines.
- Ability to strategically assess clients’ business, identify improvement opportunities and convey understanding to client.
What you should expect in this role
- Must be a resident of the state of California.
- Hybrid work environment 1-2 days a week in the office as needed for face-to-face and client meetings with the remainder of time remote work. The office is located in the Roseville/Sacramento area.

The pay range for this position is $91,100.00 - $130,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
