Your role in our mission

  • Principal manager over the claim, Treatment Authorization Request (TAR), Claim Inquiry Form (CIF), and Resubmission Turnaround Document (RTD) processing operations, including all activities related to the final disposition of the claim/TAR.
  • Managing healthcare claims processing operations. 

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) years of experience (5 additional years of additional relevant management experience may substitute for the degree) managing healthcare claims processing operations and personnel for a government of private sector healthcare payer.
  • Supervisory/administrative experience in the execution and/or evaluation of Medicaid program policies.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills.

  • Hybrid work schedule.
  • The office is located in the Roseville/Sacramento, California area.

The pay range for this position is $81,000 - $115,700 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
