Summary
The PMO Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of small to large scale complex projects within the organization, ensuring they align with business goals and have everything possible available to help ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. They function similarly to an Operations Manager but focus on project management to provide guidance to the project managers. The PMO Manager creates and manages systems for tracking projects and associated deliverables, collects data and analyzes results, and works closely with project team to manage various programmatic and project processes. The position requires an understanding of government operations, technical systems, and waterfall and agile project management methodologies. The PMO Manager is responsible for communicating and collaborating with Executive Sponsors, Business Owners, Information Technology, Field Operations, and external vendors to facilitate and ensure successful implementations. This position will closely partner with Information Technology and/or Program leaders to develop and oversee project costs, deliverables, timelines, and resources in order to ensure that they meet the budget, schedule, and quality requirements of the project. The position requires solid leadership, facilitation, team building and change management skills to influence and guide teams throughout all aspects of assigned projects. The PMO Manager provides leadership and oversight of resources assigned to coordinate implementations and to develop and maintain the project schedule. In addition, this role assists with supporting the Project Management Office goals and deliverables for the department including mentorship for PM colleagues

- Manage and oversee account project management Gainwell products and services are delivered according to project schedule
- Look ahead as you work with account teams to develop demand forecasts and assist functional areas or departments in proposing, planning and delivering end-to-end services, including workload requirements
- Navigate complex relationships between delivery and client groups to ensure stronger client relationships
- Create more satisfied clients by identifying service improvements
- Support proposal teams to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for current and new accounts
- Bolster our workforce by selecting and hiring employees to support your team; train them to enhance their performance, development and work products
What we're looking for

Requirements:
- Must be PMP certified
- Must have 5 + years of IT Project Management Experience
- Must have 5 + years of IT Program Management Experience
- Must be expert in Microsoft Project Tool
- Must have Human Resource Management Experience
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
- Should have experience with Service Now (SNOW) or other ticketing tool
What you should expect in this role
- Hybrid role, must live in Northern CA, and come into the office in Roseville, CA as specified in the contract agreement
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)

The pay range for this position is $92,800.00 - $132,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
