The Procurement Analyst will manage a catalog of Hardware, Software, and Services agreements.  Procurement activities include collaborating with technology teams to validate purchases and renewals, identifying vendors, negotiating with vendors, procuring assets and services, managing vendor contracts, and managing vendor relationships.

Your role in our mission

Procurement Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Gainwell technology teams:
    • Assess new asset purchases
    • Validate requirements for renewals
    • Manage asset inventory
  • Manage the expiration and renewal of hardware support, third-party software support agreements, and software subscriptions.
  • Management all procurement requests from inception to receipt of assets.
  • Request quotes and procure assets following client and Gainwell processes.
  • Track asset spending against client budgets and update as necessary.
  • Support asset inventory audits and produce asset inventory reports.

What we're looking for

Procurement Analyst Experience/Skills

  • Nine or more years of experience working as a business analyst with three or more years must be in IT Procurement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a complex client environment, responding to client requests.
  • Experience with performing procurement activities including coordinating with vendors, requesting quotes, submitting purchase requests and receiving assets.
  • Ability to collaborate with technology teams to understand requirements and manage asset inventories.
  • Experience with ServiceNow to manage requests.
    • Experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM modules is a plus.
  • AWS would be a plus

The pay range for this position is $92,900.00 - $132,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
