Your role in our mission

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three or more years of quality assurance, process improvement, investigation/CAPA, and/or ISO9001 experience.
  • Experience working with quality metrics and software industry metric data collection and analysis techniques.
  • Experience working with project management and/or process improvement (Lean, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) methodology.
  • ISO, ASQ, PMI, etc. certifications a plus.

What we're looking for

  • Flexible hybrid schedule while working with an upbeat, encouraging, and experienced team.
  • Opportunity to conduct quality audits to report on performance, perform data analytics of data generated, and lead CAPA and/or continuous improvement activities across the account.
  • Develop and implement new processes or tools as needed to streamline and improve processes.

The pay range for this position is $53,900.00 - $77,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
