Your role in our mission

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three or more years of quality assurance, process improvement, investigation/CAPA, and/or ISO9001 experience.
Experience working with quality metrics and software industry metric data collection and analysis techniques.
Experience working with project management and/or process improvement (Lean, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) methodology.
ISO, ASQ, PMI, etc. certifications a plus.

What we're looking for

Flexible hybrid schedule while working with an upbeat, encouraging, and experienced team.
Opportunity to conduct quality audits to report on performance, perform data analytics of data generated, and lead CAPA and/or continuous improvement activities across the account.
Develop and implement new processes or tools as needed to streamline and improve processes.

The pay range for this position is $53,900.00 - $77,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
