Your role in our mission

  • Work with a team to assemble a high-impact and wide-reaching curriculum of in-person seminars, eLearning modules, webinars, and other learning offerings.
  • Deliver internal training, client trainings, and trainings to our clients’ audience the healthcare industry, and perform needs analysis as appropriate to determine training needs.
  • Create and edit engaging learning activities and course content using a variety of authoring tools, including Adobe Captivate and MS Office tools.
  • Follow project standards and approved styles and assure the quality of content through self-checks, peer review, and functional testing.
  • Participate in the development, updating, and delivery of a comprehensive annual Training Plan that covers staff and client/member/provider training available with a training calendar that adjusts monthly because of client feedback, proactive support findings, policy changes, and other opportunities to improve.

 

What we're looking for

  • Excellent public presentation and speaking skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate in small groups.
  • Have 2 years of related dental experience in insurance, provider, IT, operations, or administration.
  • Strong technical writing skills including excellent spelling, proofreading, and editing skillsand strong organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, follow project schedules, and adhere to internal timelines, client deadlines, and delivery deadlines.
  • Bilingual preferred.

 

What you should expect in this role

  • Willingness to travel.
  • Must be a resident of the state of California.
  • Travel required throughout the assigned geographic region to support training and other provider and account needs.
  • For positions assigned to WFH,reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required.  Employees working-from-home may be required to report to the office, at times, to support work efforts.  

 

The pay range for this position is $55,300.00 - $79,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
