Summary

An Infrastructure Tools Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the tools and systems that support an organization's IT infrastructure, including tasks like installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of essential infrastructure management tools, often leveraging automation and scripting to streamline operations. 

Your role in our mission

• Monitors and tunes appropriate systems to ensure optimum level of performance.
• Perform appropriate software installations and upgrades of related software packages.
• Collects and reviews system data for capacity and planning purposes. Analyzes capacity data and develops capacity plans for appropriate level enterprise-wide systems. Coordinates with appropriate management personnel in implementing changes.
• Supports the design and configuration of complex system landscapes.
• Supports complex data/media recoverability through system backups and database archive operations. Plans, coordinates and directs appropriate level data refresh strategies.
• Oversees, recommends and implements appropriate solutions and enhancements to ensure an improvement in system reliability and performance.
• Develops and maintains appropriate system documentation to ensure that documentation is current. Oversees the maintenance of a library of system-supporting process and procedure documentation.
• Interacts with client management to answer questions, problems and requests regarding complex system issues.
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

What we're looking for

• Five or more years of experience in an AWS and client-server environment
• Experience working with appropriate complex systems administration, and landscape maintenance
• Experience working with Linux, architecture, and operational best practices.
• Experience with Qlik and Nprinting including installation, configuration and user management
• Experience working with Jira, Bitbucket and Jenkins

 

What you should expect in this role

 Hybrid environment
 May require on-call, shift, weekend and evening work
 Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $76,100.00 - $108,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
