Your role in our mission

Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.

  • Organizing and analyzing customer data.
  • Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
  • Drive adoption and business benefits through day-to-day support, training and engagement with the user community.
  • Liaise with business group representatives and stakeholders across the organization to help identify automation opportunities of existing processes leveraging technology tool sets supporting the end-to-end client lifecycle.
  • Maintain the customer relationship management tool.

What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in Data Science 
  • 6+ years of Business Reporting Analyst experience with healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Serve as both a Data Engineer and Reporting Developer, partnering with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, collaborate on business needs, and deliver effective data solutions.
  • Take ownership of projects from design through implementation, ensuring scalable, high-quality data and reporting deliverables.
  • Strong programming and data engineering expertise using Python, SQL, and Databricks to develop, automate, and optimize data workflows.
  • Advanced experience with reporting and visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, to create actionable business insights and executive reporting.
  • Ability to train and mentor staff on foundational data entry techniques and data management best practices, promoting data accuracy and operational excellence.

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in the office in Roseville, CA
  • Need to reside within commuting (1hr or less driving) distance from Roseville, CA
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $69,400 - $99,200  per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
