  • As a ​C# .NET Developer CRM - Hybrid CA at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. Your role in our mission

Take a close look at some of the details that contribute to Gainwell’s industry-leading tools and technologies in this challenging position.

  • Work with business users to gather requirements. Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 is essential.
  • Design, develop, test, document, train, configure, deploy, and maintain customizations to the CRM system according to business needs.
  • Perform data migrations from legacy systems to the CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot issues with customizations.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for the CRM system.
  • Participate in the CRM upgrade projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with App and Project team members on solutions.
  • Presentation skills and direct client interface.

What we're looking for

  • Skills in leveraging Dataverse, Dynamics 365/CRM Configuration is a must , Customization and Extensions (Plugin development), Data Model, Security model and Deployments.
  • Hands-on coding experience using C#.Net, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, Web API
  • Power Apps; Experience in developing Model driven, Canvas app and deployments
  • Ability to use Power Pages for Development
  • Working knowledge on Data Modeling, ETL and Reporting using T-SQL, SSIS, ADF, Kingsway Soft Addon, SSRS, SSIS and Power BI.

What you should expect in this role

  • “Remote position open to candidates located within the United States, with availability to work during Pacific Time Zone hours, flexible by ½ hour or so on each end of the day.
  • On-Call requirements include: - 7 X 24 availability for business impacting problems.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required.
  • Will require late evening work to overlap US work hours.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $77,900.00 - $111,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
