Your role in our mission

Essential Job Functions

  • Manages ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services for extremely large and complex accounts and/or multiple large accounts to ensure that business solution objectives are met. Serves as primary point of contact with clients, manages delivery relationship and ensures client satisfaction.
  • Defines targets, develops, manages and coordinates demand forecasts with account teams to assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end services. Identifies issues and recommends alternative approaches.
  • Acts as advisor and works with functional areas or departments to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts. Provides strategic guidance and counsel on various results.
  • Oversees and approves expenditures for accounts in line with established policies and procedures. Monitors spending for adherence to contract and budget, recommends variances as necessary.
  • Oversees, establishes and maintains effective working relationships by building trust and respect between delivery and consumer groups. Manages client expectations, resolves issues, and determines and implements appropriate course of action. Mentors and provides oversight and assistance to less experienced personnel in the development of account relationships.
  • Defines, develops, identifies and leads continuous service improvement efforts to increase customer satisfaction. Oversees and ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
  • Partners with functional areas or departments to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for accounts.
  • Oversees, and develops new business proposals and introduces new technology to enhance business solutions.
  • Advises executive management for policy discussions and implementation of strategies for the organization to ensure that practices for various areas are addressed.
  • Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
  • Eligibility and Enrollment experience
  • Fifteen or more years of support services, project, or program experience
  • Experience working with the technology industry
  • Experience working with company products and operating systems
  • Experience working with the financial and legal parameters associated with service and product delivery
  • Experience working with client contractual and service level agreements
  • Experience working with industry standards for quality management
  • Experience implement and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
