Summary

Conducts process audits and progress checks independently of the project organization. Assists with designing and implementing portions of systems for quality management and continuous improvement of products or solutions for a customer segment or business unit. Maintains on-going compliance to the company standards and external certification. Analyzes data, identifies trends and use statistics ensuring the processes meet the company business and customer needs. Promotes understanding of the processes required for fulfillment of customer satisfaction and contractual commitments. Uses improvement methodologies to provide leadership to support business performance

Your role in our mission

Typically, 2 years’ experience in quality control operations
Experience or understanding of data collection and analysis tools and software packages.

Basic understanding of industry and internal quality standards and methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Proficient organizational skills

The pay range for this position is $40,300 - $57,600 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
