Summary

Responsible for promoting quality throughout the company, implementing and leveraging the Quality Management Systems (QMS) at all levels of the organization. Evaluates strategies, policies, processes and procedures as part of the management system. Maintains and implements certification coverage ensuring on-going compliance to the company standards and external certification. Analyzes data, identifies trends and use statistics ensuring the processes meet the company business and customer needs. Promotes understanding of the processes required for fulfillment of customer satisfaction and contractual commitments. Uses improvement methodologies to provide leadership to support business performance.

Your role in our mission

  • Assists with designing and implementing portions of systems for quality management and continuous improvement of products or solutions for a customer segment or business unit.
  • Conducts process audits and progress checks independently of the project organization;
  • Participates in project planning (Quality Assurance Plan, in particular);
  • Participates in establishing project procedures and standards;
  • Participates in Work Product Reviews (WPRs and in process audits, when assigned;
  • Tracks corrective actions to closure resulting from WPR;
  • Supports the independent audit of QA activities and maintains project QA records
  • Collects, consolidates, and charts data from testing and process results for assigned portions of product and solution areas to identify trends and issues; learns and practices basic root-cause analysis.
  • Implements specified changes to quality processes to reduce defects and improve quality.
  • Develops understanding of internal and external quality standards and relationships with stakeholders for product and process quality.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's, or equivalent work experience.
  • Typically, 1+ years’ experience in quality control
  • Experience or understanding of data collection and analysis tools and software packages.
  • Good analytical, statistical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of industry and internal quality standards and methodologies.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

The pay range for this position is $33,700.00 - $48,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
