As a Professional Helpdesk support agent at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our Gainwell employees and State employees remain functional and excel in the job functions.  

Your role in our mission

      • Answers help desk telephones for assigned account(s) and responds to customer inquiries to ensure customer needs are met.
      • Assists customers in resolving technical problems regarding software and hardware problems. Resolves and/or refers more complex technical problems through a defined escalation process.
      • Follows up with customers to ensure that their inquiries are resolved within the contracted or agreed upon time frame.
      • Logs and tracks inquiries using a problem management database and maintains history records and related problem documentation.
      • Acts as a gatekeeper of the State Medicaid system by processing security forms to add/modify/delete users under strict guidelines that adheres to State requirements.

What we're looking for

    • One or more years of technical training in computer support preferred
    • Two or more years of technical or customer support experience?
    • Experience working with company products and operating systems
    • Experience working with company escalation policy

The pay range for this position is $31,400- $44,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
