Summary

The Provider Enrollment Supervisor will be responsible for daily operations in the provider enrollment functional area, which consists of supporting provider enrollment, maintenance, and renewal activities for the Florida Medicaid program.

Your role in our mission

  • Supervises daily operations in the provider enrollment functional area, supporting provider enrollment, maintenance, and renewal activities for the Florida Medicaid program.
  • Monitors workflow, performance, and compliance with procedures, and ensures that service level agreements are effectively met. 
  • Addresses client concerns and complex matters in a timely manner.
  • Works closely with management to establish operational processes and goals to ensure business objectives are met.  
  • Recommends and/or initiates the selection and hiring of employees. Trains, develops, and evaluates employees to enhance their performance. Addresses identified performance deficiencies and makes recommendations for personnel actions.

 

What we're looking for

  • 2 or more years of leadership and organizational experience
  • 3 or more years of Medicaid, MMIS, enrollment, or healthcare related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with direct reports, client, management, and Florida Medicaid providers.
  • Great organizational skills and time management habits.

The pay range for this position is $45,300.00 - $64,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
