Your role in our mission

  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance for the Florida MMIS account, including oversight of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and corrective plans.
  • Manages audits of internal business operations, system performance, and system functions and identify the accuracy of following operational policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and deliver audit reports of findings to client and Florida account.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, ensuring that all quality standards are met consistently. Facilitate development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement, provide recommendations, execute change to drive results.
  • Drive and manage change results and initiatives providing reporting on quality performance, trends, and recommendations to Account leadership. Work with leadership team to develop strategies for quality improvement.
  • Ensure corrective action plans are developed and implemented as identified by the State or quality assurance staff as needed.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree with at least three (3) courses in statistics and/or quality assurance.
  • Must have minimum of three (3) years progressive experience in the quality assurance function of a large-scale claims processing organization.
  • Must reside in Tallahassee, FL or surrounding area.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance tools, principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and hardware and software applications to manage operations.
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, customers, and clients.

The pay range for this position is $79,200 - $113,100 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
