Your role in our mission

  • Help create innovative, purpose-built processes to deliver better health and human services outcomes.
  • Work with an operations team in terms of functional efforts and system design and recommendations to clients and client facing interaction.
  • Help your team analyze and document systems requirements and business processes.
  • Build models to quantify the potential impacts to the Georgia Department of Community Health and to assess different means of process improvements.
  • Verify that client requirements are built into the system and to ensure that we are operating according to requirements and procedures.
  • Expand your technical skills in software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and to enhance your expertise in this role

What we're looking for

  • Skill software such as Microsoft Office Adobe and the GA-MMIS.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and requirements.
  • Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in a professional work environment 
  • Interest in working at the intersection of the ‘technical’ and ‘non-technical’ and learning more about business processes.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with other professionals 
  • Background in analytical skills, moderate proficiency with Word and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Hybrid Position for GA, USA.

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $63,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
