Assists in the research and assessment of business goals, objectives and needs to align information technology solutions with business initiatives for account. Serves as the liaison between technical personnel and business area for account.
Your role in our mission
- Partner with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Support the design, testing, implementation, and enhancement of technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Assist in evaluating and improving business processes, workflows, and user experiences.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Contribute to requirements management, change management, feasibility assessments, and other phases of the project lifecycle.
- Research issues, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that drive business and operational outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, testing, or a related discipline.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business process analysis, process improvement, and systems solutions.
- Familiarity with technology and software development concepts.
- Healthcare industry experience, preferably Medicaid and/or Medicare, preferred.

- Hybrid - Office in Tucker, GA
- Must reside within 1 hour or less commuting distance to Tucker, GA. as required for occasional onsite

The pay range for this position is $44,500.00 - $52,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
