Your role in our mission

Provide enrollment assistance and HIPP/Premium Assistance information to Medicaid-eligible recipients and families.
Verify, document, and investigate healthcare coverage for members.
Identify individuals who may qualify for the HIPP/Premium Assistance program.
Enter and maintain accurate data related to eligibility and enrollment.
Deliver high-quality customer service through phone inquiries and case updates.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Experience working with Medicaid, Medicare, or other government healthcare programs.
Experience with provider enrollment or HIPP/Premium Assistance programs preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and data tracking/reporting.
Familiarity with health insurance processes and handling Protected Health Information (PHI).

What you should expect in this role

This is a remote position based in Georgia, with an expectation to report to the Tucker, GA office 1–2 times per month.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Video cameras are required during interviews and the first week of orientation.
To work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment, employees must have a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload

The pay range for this position is $26,500.00 - $37,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
