Your role in our mission
This is an important position in Gainwell’s commitment to helping clients deliver better health and human services outcomes.
- Answers telephone calls using an automated system and responds to basic and moderately complex provider questions and/or forwards call to appropriate personnel.
- Conducts outbound calls to resolve written provider requests/inquiries.
- Processes member updates for audit and reporting purposes and verifies the accuracy of the updates.
- Adheres to the client’s SLAs and consistently meets production targets.
- Communicates with team personnel, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues.
What we're looking for
- Healthcare/Medicaid work experience is a plus
- Outstanding customer service with call center background is a plus
- Knowledge of basic helpdesk software, computer software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and follow verbal and written directions
What you should expect in this role
- This is a hybrid work environment for Tucker, GA
- Work hours are 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
- Assessment Requirement: Candidates will be required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process.

The pay range for this position is $29,100.00 - $41,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
