Your role in our mission

  • Verifies and audits documents to ensure accuracy. Checks numerical data against input or reports. Prepares document batches for data entry and imaging.
  • Responds to written inquiries such as correspondence.
  • Photocopies and files reports and documents. Types forms or labels as required.
  • Processes and tracks a variety of forms and/or mail. Processes transactions to ensure efficient and accurate processing of data.
  • Interprets, audits, and reconciles reports for accuracy or completeness. Prepares and maintains reports for management and clients.
  • Accumulates and verifies data in order to process vouchers and produce billings or other forms and documents.
  • Expedites in-house processing of checks, invoices and/or other transactions; performs additional follow-up when necessary to meet client standards and service level agreements.
  • Prepares deposits as required.
  • Handles company confidential data according to policy and guidelines.
  • Good communication skills

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2–3 years of experience in provider enrollment, medical billing, credentialing, or a related healthcare administration role
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider enrollment processes and requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
  • Experience with data entry

What you should expect in this role

  • This is a hybrid position in Tucker, GA. Work schedule is Monday – Friday, from 8 – 5 PM EST. 
  • Position will require onsite training from 3 – 6 weeks
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
  • To work effectively as a teleworker or hybrid positions with Gainwell, employees must have a broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload. Higher speeds are recommended for optimal performance.

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
