Your role in our mission
- Verify and audit documents for accuracy; cross-check numerical data against reports.
- Prepare document batches for data entry and imaging.
- Process and track various forms, mail, and transactions to ensure timely and accurate handling.
- Respond to written inquiries, correspondence, and requests.
- Prepare, reconcile, and maintain reports for management and clients.
- Collect and verify data to process vouchers, billings, and other documentation.
- Expedite the processing of checks, invoices, and related transactions, following up as needed to meet client standards and SLAs.
- Handle confidential company and client data in compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Perform administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, and typing forms or labels.
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2–3 years of experience in provider enrollment, medical billing, credentialing, or related healthcare administration.
- Strong understanding of provider enrollment processes and requirements.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in data entry and basic office tools.
What you should expect in this role
- Hybrid role based in Tucker, GA.
- Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
- Onsite training required for the first 3–6 weeks.
- Video cameras required during all interviews and the first week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
