Your role in our mission

  • Prepares correspondence, reports, manuals, and agendas by obtaining, assembling, and analyzing complex information and data from various sources. Composes and initiates, as necessary, routine correspondence and memoranda.
  • Interfaces with internal and external personnel as a front-line representative of the department to ensure accurate and amiable dissemination of appropriate information.
  • Handles and processes information of a highly confidential and critical nature and ensures information remains confidential.
  • Screens incoming telephone calls and visitors; researches more complex inquiries and responds or escalates inquiries as appropriate.
  • Coordinates, schedules, and maintains a calendar of appointments, meetings, off-site functions, and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements. Establishes agendas.
  • Prepares presentation materials to assist senior management in meetings and discussions; schedules and coordinates meetings. Prepares and distributes meeting minutes.
  • Conducts special projects as needed such as gathering, analyzing, and preparing annual budget materials and reports, and various preparations for Board and senior management meetings.
  • Manages Procurement activities.
  • Maintains and organizes office operations and procedures such as information management, filing system, supplies requisition, building maintenance coordination, and other administrative services.

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Associate's degree in a related field preferred
  • Four or more years of administrative support experience
  • Experience working with organization policies and practices
  • Experience working with administrative procedures and practices

The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
