Summary
As a Senior Professional in Quality Assurance, you’ll lead the charge in planning, executing, and refining quality strategies across critical projects. You’ll ensure compliance with standards, guide junior team members, and serve as the go-to liaison for both internal teams and client stakeholders—contributing directly to product excellence and process improvement.
Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
- Collaborate with project managers to design and document customized QA strategies for assigned projects and tasks.
- Develop and manage quality documentation and metrics that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure process and product quality meets defined benchmarks; escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Assess deliverables, research solutions, recommend process improvements, and execute approved strategies.
- Collect and analyze defect metrics data; present findings in verbal and written reports for leadership visibility.
- Contribute to audits, special initiatives, and broader QA process improvements.
- Define and lead quality programs including training and knowledge sharing for impacted teams; revise procedures as needed.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to junior QA professionals.
- Act as the primary quality assurance contact for client communications; draft narrative summaries and reports
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred fields: business, engineering, MIS, computer science)
- 6+ years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or management information systems
Technical Competencies
- Proficient with QA methodologies, software metrics analysis, and industry standards (e.g., SEI/CMM, ISO 9000)
- Experience with software testing tools and techniques
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks (including Catalyst)

- Willing to travel as needed
What you should expect in this role
- Remote position expected visit onsite office on quarterly basis
- Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $67,400.00 - $96,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
